Description:

Since mid August 2015, James W. Herman has been the Consul General of the United States of America in Frankfurt/Main and, hence, also responsible for our state Rheinland-Pfalz. According to the diplomatic rotation, his time in Germany comes to an end and he will return to Washington (DC).

Especially in the light of a number of challenges for the transatlantic relations during the past three years we have experienced an engaged transatlanticist and bridge builder.

On May 23, 2018 we would like to say thank you and give Consul General Herman a due farewell.
