Technical Requirements and Data Privacy

The following requirements apply to use ClickMeeting:

2 GHz dual-core processor or better (4-core preferable);
2 GB of RAM (4 GB or more recommended);
An operating system such as Windows 8 (Windows 10 recommended), Mac OS 10.13 (the newest version recommended), Linux, Chrome OS.

As ClickMeeting is a browser-based platform, it is required to use the latest official versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Edge (Chromium), Yandex, or Opera.

Based on our experience, we recommend an Internet connection with 50Mbit or higher speed, the use of a desktop PC or laptop, Google Chrome on Windows and Mac systems and headphones. As a participant, you do not need a webcam or a microphone.

Our online events take place on the ClickMeeting webinar platform. When using the platform, data, including personal data, is usually transmitted to ClickMeeting. The data is processed and stored by ClickMeeting and for statistical and organizational purposes by the Atlantische Akademie.
