German-American Art Exhibit 2021

This year's virtual German-American art show is showcasing creative and inspiring artworks all created by incredibly talented children 0-18 years old! With this exhibition we’re celebrating the Month of the Military Child and pay tribute to the resilience and tenacity of military children.  The exhibit does not only highlight the diverse talent within the German-American Community, it is also a great way to strengthen the relationship between the German host community and Americans living in the region. 

The arts provide forms of nonverbal communication that can strengthen the presentation of ideas and emotions and can truly function as a connector especially in these trying times. The COVID pandemic has put a strain on social life with families unavoidably spending more time at home trying to mitigate the effects of social distancing. Many families by getting creative. We provide a platform to highlight the oftentimes stunning results.
