Description:

JOIN US FOR AN INFORMAL EVENING WITH DRINKS, SNACKS and GREAT CONVERSATIONS!
_____

Representatives from the U.S. foreign service and German institutions will discuss their workplace in the context of structures such as Glifaa LGBT+ Pride in Foreign Affairs Agencies and other LGBTIQ+ organizations. How can large institutions support more diversity? What current challenges and opportunities present themselves to members of the LGBTIQ+ community in their professional career? What are similarities and differences between Germany and the United States?

We are excited to welcome German and US representatives at the Atlantic Academy and will host an informal evening with lots of food for thought and some actual snacks and drinks! Join us, practice your English, ask questions and learn more about LGBTIQ+ issues and challenges.

The event is a kickoff of a new series of more informal and yet informative gatherings tackling a variety of transatlantic topics!
